On the subject of Cupcakes

This post is in regards to cupcakes, specifically my favorite cupcakes. I think I would have to say that my favorite cupcakes are the ones I used to make for my grandkids and daycare kids! I made them in flat bottomed ice cream cones instead of paper cups and the kids absolutely loved them!! Just thinking about them makes me want to make some, so maybe I will get the stuff to make some next week and treat the grandkids again....its been awhile!
